Why Framer instead of code?
Speed and independence. For a marketing site that mostly needs to look right and be editable, Framer gets you live in a fraction of the time and leaves you able to change copy without a developer. For anything with real application logic, I would build it in code and say so.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
That is the point. The CMS is set up during the build and handover includes a walkthrough.
Can you move my existing site to Framer?
Yes. Migration keeps your existing URLs so search rankings and inbound links survive the move — that redirect work is part of it, not an extra.
Is Framer good for SEO?
It is capable, provided the site is built with structure in mind: real headings, metadata, a sitemap and clean URLs. That is part of how I build rather than an afterthought.
