Overview
Most free PDF tools work by uploading your document to someone else's server. For anything with a contract, an invoice or an ID in it, that is the whole problem. PaperPress does the entire job client-side — the file is read, processed and written back without ever being transmitted.
Approach
Thirteen tools were built as a single client-side application, then wrapped in a multi-page static site so each tool has its own indexable URL rather than hiding behind a JavaScript router. The site carries full SEO and AEO structure, because a utility nobody can find is a utility nobody uses.
Outcome
A privacy guarantee that is structural rather than a policy sentence: there is no upload step to trust.
