A salon and a training academy sharing one site, without it feeling like two sites bolted together.
Overview
DS Beauty & Academy is two businesses under one name. One side takes bookings — bridal transformations, beauty treatments, hair care. The other enrols students into training. A bride comparing wedding packages and someone deciding where to train arrive with completely different questions, and a single homepage has to answer both within seconds without burying either.
Approach
The two audiences are separated at the top level rather than blended, so each has a clear path from the first screen instead of a shared menu they have to decode. Beauty is an imagery-led category — the work has to be visible before any copy is read — so photography leads and typography stays out of its way. Everything was built mobile-first, since this is a category people browse on a phone, often while deciding.
Outcome
A site that answers 'what do you do' and 'is this for me' in the first screen, for both the client booking a treatment and the student enrolling in a course.
